Description
This leading Fort Worth employer has an immediate 6-8+ month contract opening for a Senior Network Engineer. Will be responsible for design and implementation services for multiple projects, by ensuring that all networking infrastructure satisfies the requirements of each project and conforms to all applicable standards. Will update/maintain all documentation based on architectural standards. Will perform physical and logical designs, configurations, and implementation and work with project teams to ensure accuracy of designs and standards compliance.
This position requires:
- 5+ years experience as a Network Engineer.
- Expert knowledge of Routers, Switches, Load Balancing and Security concepts.
- Expert knowledge of troubleshooting network issues.
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, flags, the ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Knowledge of Security principles.
- Analytical and detail oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Client will not accept subcontractors
