Our client, a leading telecommunications company is currently seeking a Senior Test Delivery Manager to join their team based in Dublin on a permanent position.
Role/Opportunities
Manage the delivery of projects including planning, progress tracking, resource management, RAID (Risk, Assumptions, Issue, Dependencies) management and escalation
Develop and/or review estimates and estimating assumptions for the project's schedule, effort, and cost using established estimating models, best practices, and past experience
Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the process to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, that it meets or exceeds expectations and delivers the business benefits.
Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality and risks
Ensure that risks are identified, managed and that mitigating actions are implemented at the project level as appropriate, and that these are escalated to the relevant stakeholders where warranted
The provision of detailed timely and accurate progress reports
Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule that's fully resource levelled and clearly shows critical path
Responsive to customer and project requirements/changes.
The creation and communication of options to address issues arising from development or support.
The diagnosis and correction of complex solution issues
Ensuring testing delivery targets are met on time, to budget, and meet applicable quality criteria.
