Description
This nationwide industry leader has an immediate 3 month contract-to-hire opening for a Project Manager in Irving, TX. Will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing development and infrastructure projects. Will prepare and communicate project goals, timeline, budget, assist in selection of 3rd party involvement, and alter projects as necessary to deliver projects on-line and on-budget. Will facilitate transition of project from implementation to maintenance. Occasional travel will be required, as well as occasional after-hour work (24/7 environment).
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of experience with Project Management in a Matrix environment.
- Familiar with SDLC and project management methodologies.
- Agile or Waterfall development methodology experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Visio.
- Experience with Use Cases
- Excellent Presentation and Communication skills.
- Prefer Bachelor's Degree and PMP Certification.
