Description

The EMEA IPP Administrator is a crucial role within the EMEA Marketing team and reports to the Regional Marketing Leader and will support the EMEA Marketing Team. He/she will be responsible for setting up suppliers of services on to internal systems and initiating the workflows that support this process. He/she will work closely with the Marketing Team to monitor the workflow process to ensure that all interactions and payments to suppliers for Advisory boards, Meetings, Symposia and Congresses are conducted according the IPP process guidelines and payment of these suppliers is followed through to completion.

The IPP Administrator is also responsible for the general administration activities within the Marketing team.

Essential Responsibilities

The role ensures that all suppliers who provide services to EMEA Marketing are entered on to the internal (IPP) system, the correct documents & contracts have been uploaded and financial details are correct so as to allow payments to be made.

Requirements/Experience

* Drives simplification and efficiencies across the process
* Strong systems skills and aptitude and understands the functionality of the way systems operate
* Good aptitude with strong ability to learn quickly and generate alternative ways of doing things to drive positive change
* Strong communication skills - verbal and written
* Ability to build good working relations with Finance and Commercial Teams across the organisation
* Self- starter able to work under own direction and within team.

communications, actions, and when dealing with others
