Description
Leading the execution of Employee Engagement & Communication activities to deliver increased employee engagement and support the day to day running of the business.
Networking/attending regular meetings with communications partners and business leaders to understand respective 2012 strategies/future initiatives, updating the plan as appropriate
- Planning and driving execution of employee engagement activities - be the lead for Employee Engagement
- Developing and maintaining relationships with regional contacts and support partners across all regions to ensure that best practices are shared and information is filtered across the organisation
- Manage the rollout of My Work Programme for UK employees (if required)
- Providing connectivity across regions & across the business
- Represent and drive the regional input for global led initiatives eg Global Townhalls, Diversity & Inclusion
- Managing a clearly defined regional framework for the communication and engagement model
- Developing and driving consistent communication vehicles
- Developing and driving consistent processes, sharing best practices, asking the right questions & considering the voice of the employee
- Support the team in developing consistent communications for their teams
- Providing integrated Tech & Ops response to deliverables
- Support any workplace planning requirements eg planning, site strategy communications etc
- Manage the repeatable report & routines processes eg timesheet and clarity reporting
Requirements:
- Communications or Marketing degree
- 5+ years of communications or marketing experience
- Employee Engagement experience desirable
- Attention to detail
- Experience of managing a small team across multiple locations
- Ability and confidence to interact and influence senior leaders
