Solution Architect - Unified Comms
My client, a leading telecoms provider in Ireland is currently seeking a Unified Communications Solutions Architect to work a 6 month initial daily rate contract in Dublin City Centre.
The solutions they have in place typically have multiple elements including:
Telecoms infrastructure, CPE, IT Applications, and third party components, the Solution Architect will also feed into the design team when necessary.
Job Specific:
- Design and implement solutions based on existing portfolio eg Cisco, Avaya, NICE, Verint, and Microsoft etc which are underpinned by a solid understanding of IP Networking, Routing and Security
- Provide clarity where technical & business complexity exists and be competent in highlighting solution options necessary to aid decision making
- Take full responsibility for providing technical clarity and earning customer trust from a technical standpoint.
- Interface with Sales, Pre-sales, Service, Product Management and other areas as necessary to ensure the explicit objectives of the role are delivered upon
