SAP HCM Senior Consultant required to join a global SAP HCM rollout - End user environment - Long term contract - Remote work, working with teams in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong and Australia. Excellent rates and expenses available.
SAP HCM Senior Consultant will be responsible for delivering the global HCM template which includes SAP HCM Payroll, Time Evaluation, Personal Administration & Organisational Management, to the Asia Pacific region including, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Hong Kong and Australia. Working in a virtual environment you will work with local teams and lead the implementation of the template you will; Ensure Global Template standards and frameworks are adhered including template change requests; Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance; lead country-specific workshops, design, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover activities and stakeholder management.
SAP HCM Senior Consultant must have expert level SAP HCM process knowledge including experience in global or regional template design and rollout for Asia countries ideally including Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Hong Kong and Singapore plus the ability to manage local teams remotely. It is essential that you have excellent presentation & communications skills and the ability to explain business process to users. Knowledge of the Professional Services industry such as Consulting, Legal Services, Accountancy etc would be highly advantageous.
This role allows you to work remotely to lead the local team, ideally you will be based in Asia and the role will require some travel in the APAC region.
Excellent English language skills essential.
Initial 9 month contract, potential to extend or convert to a permanent role.
