Required Skills:
10 years of IT experience
5+ Years of Project management experience
5+ years' experience in Project Coordination
5+ years' experience in Quality Assurance
5+ years' experience Business Analyst
1+ years' experience facilitating training
3+ years Knowledge transfer/transition experience (this should be documented in the Resume, not in the summary section)
Experience managing projects developed using following technologies will be useful: VB.NET, ASP.NET, C#.Net, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, MS SQL, SQL Reporting Services, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Office 2010 Suite
Experience with Grant management System will be highly preferred
Experience with State of Michigan Project Management Methodology, or PMP Certification
Two references required (Projects for which the candidate performed PM, QA or BA related duties)
Job Description:
Provide project management support for the following major MI Dept of Education systems:
MEGS/MEGS+/CMS, a web-based application and grant management system currently supporting over 70 different application types, and 31 reports and certifications, supporting grant programs totaling over $1.3 billion per year;
Cash Management System (CMS), the payment system for grants and Food and Nutrition claims;
MEGS/MEGS+/CMS+, a new system which over the next two years will integrate MEGS/MEGS+/CMS and the current Child Nutrition Application Program (CNAP), into a new upgraded system, using new technology.
