Description
A globally renowned organisation is currently seeking a Business Systems Trainer with experience in the development and delivery of training materials for Oracle ERP.
This is required to support the successful deployment of the customized Oracle E-business suite system as part of a project team. The role will be an integral part of the Business Change Management team following training and change management methodologies with a strong focus on customer service to ensure a successful implementation of the Oracle solution.
There are 2 positions available
Key responsibilities:
- Development of training material
- Set up of training system
- Delivery of training using classroom and coaching approaches
- Provide business support
- Change Management activities
Key Requirements:
- Ideally 3+ years experience as a trainer
- Oracle ERP knowledge or comparable Tier 1 ERP
- Flexibility to travel interstate
- Certification in Training and Assessment or other qualification in higher education
