Senior RF Design Engineer - Netherlands - Senior RF Design Engineer
must be able to play a leading role in the specification, design and validation phases, supporting and advising the development team and third parties (subcontractors, customers etc.) with respect to the development of packaged RF power transistor or modules. S/He has sufficient broad knowledge to be able to co-operate with all other competencies within the project team.

- Design and transfer into production of packaged RF power transistor or modules in LDMOS or GaN technology:
- Design of the internal matching circuit based.
- Generation of optimum bonding diagram based on simulation.
- Design of sample test boards.
- Characterization, evaluation and tuning of the sample test circuit to specification compliance.
- Customer interface and support.Assist in designing circuit boards for final product testing in production.
- Write design documentation
skills: RF simulation tools, like ADS and/or HFSS etc 3-5 years
skills: Assembly & tuning of RF circuits 3-5 years
