A fantastic opportunity has arisen in a leading investment bank for an individual to join the SWIFT Operational Support team, based within their prestigious offices in Croydon.

The successful individual will be working in an automated environment which provides 24 hr Global Message routing repair and SWIFT support for the EMEA, ASIA and theUS units.

The successful candidate's primary responsibility will be to monitor the SWIFT Alliance queues, using the investigation functionality to search and troubleshoot specific messages.

The Role

  • To monitor SWIFT Alliance queues
  • To investigate and troubleshoot SWIFT messages
  • Management of the SWIFT RMA functionality for all EMEA,ASIAand US SWIFT addresses.
  • Work under their own initiative monitoring various systems for any delayed or rejected funds transfer messages.
  • Using the various monitoring tools for alarm and reject notifications.
  • Handles telephone and email enquiries.
  • Will be required to work a shift pattern between 8am - 6pm

Key Skills/Experience

  • SWIFT Alliance experience essential
  • Previous experience monitoring and troubleshooting messages in SWIFT Alliance
  • Knowledge of SWIFT handbook desirable
  • Good PC and keyboard skills.
  • Understanding of SWIFT standards advantageous.
  • Ability to work accurately to deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Technical and operating knowledge of Message Switch/Middleware environments.
