Volt are currently seeking a Credit Control & Contracts Administrator to work for a leading international firm based in Redhill, Surrey.

The Contracts Team issues all contracts and follow up administration in relation to the business for clients and contractors.

THE ROLE:

1. To generate new contracts and documents
2. To correct information in bookings prior to generating contracts.
3. To liaise with the Legal Department prior to generating contracts.
4. To issue contracts.
5. To log contract returns
6. To organise the signature of contracts.
7. To ensure the return of contracts
8. To assist with client and contractor queries.
9. To assist with Sales team queries.
10. To generate the Chase Report.
11. To update standard documents and spreadsheets.
12. To ensure that filing and archiving is completed.
13. To assist the Legal Department as necessary.
14. To ensure that the Contracts Department has an adequate supply of contract documents at all times and to organise printing of various terms and conditions as and when necessary.
15. In the absence of the Contracts Co-ordinator, to check all contracts which are returned by contractors and resolve any queries prior to signature. Once resolved, organise signatures of all documents by the authorised signatories.
16. To ensure that non standard contract information is accurately recorded on the system to assist the Finance
Department to process payment to contractors and generation of invoices.
17. To ensure that contractors' limited company details are valid by using the Companies House website and to
follow up with the contractor in the event of any issues or problems.
18. To deal with all contracts related enquiries/problems from the Sales team, clients and contractors and to
respond in a timely and efficient manner.
19. To attend meetings (Credit & Contracts, Legal, Finance etc) as and when required.
20. To set up regular meetings with Sales personnel to go through clients' and contractors' contracts to ensure
full knowledge in both departments.
21. To mentor, guide and train junior members of staff in Contracts processes.
22. Plus any other ad hoc duties as and when required.

THE PERSON:

Knowledge of contract law is preferred and a professional customer service attitude is required. Good administration and accurate keyboard skills.
An eye for detail with the ability to effectively prioritise, organise tasks, manage time and meet deadlines.
Able to multi task and work at pace.
Pays attention to quality & detail, and is process orientated, logical and practical.
