IT Management Support

The function of Management Support aims to help managers in daily practice monitoring and reporting of their management of IT projects.

Details of activities:
Participation and taking notes at meetings in French and English, writing
reports
Completion of MS PowerPoint presentations based on information supplied by the Managers Production planning Gantt, use of Clarity and Open Workbench.
Conduct planning, and consumed the rest to projects teams: be the guarantor of last
date information communicated to him through reporting systems and making the
track individual team members.
* Execute tasks of project management standards: including monitoring progress, re estimates
dates and costs, risk monitoring and alert management, monitoring of the activity test and
deliveries in production
* Performing administrative tasks and use the following tools:
o Management of schedules through the tool Open Workbench and Clarity
o Management of motor Jira tickets
o Follow-up tests in Quality Centre
* Application of internal procedures related to project management and quality (CMMI3)
Qualifications.
* Motivation and ability to grasp new subjects
* Respectful of rules and procedures
* Independent in performing the tasks
* Good writing skills and synthesis
* Minimum experience of 1 year and up to 5 years in an equivalent
* English & French
* Excellent command of office tools like Microsoft
* Experience in project management or business developing computer titles
* Knowledge of Clarity

Contract Period: 6 months +, excellent rates
