Ensure that existing IT support best use.
Ensure that other support is available to ensure compliance with ITIL processes (eg templates, checklists and procedure descriptions).
-Ensure that ITIL processes have functioning interfaces with other processes and sub-contractors.
Competence and experience
-Academic degree in system knowlege or equivalent knowledge acquired through long experience.
-Very good knowledge of ITIL 3.0, and its established models, methods and tools
