Our industry leading client is seeking a Trainer to delivery ePayments technical training on a simplification programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with Project and Business colleagues to define & design the training requirements
- Design and deliver technical knowledge training on ePayment Product Knowledge
- Design and deliver simulated and live training in varied live systems for classroom and distance learning.
Key Skills Required:
- Knowledge and application of training methodologies that achieve effective design and delivery
- Full Training Lifecycle: Training Needs Analysis/Design & Business Approval/Delivery/Evaluation.
- Delivery to large classroom groups 20+ delegates.
- Proven knowledge of the Financial sector
