The Ideal Candidate should possess:
- Proven track record of previous Internal Recruitment or Agency experience - ideally recruiting sales people
- Excellent relationship building skills - both over the phone and face to face
- An ambitious individual with an entrepreneurial flair and a proven track record of delivery and success
- Able to build and utilise existing networks internally and externally
- Honest and have integrity
- Able to take ownership and responsibility
- Passion about providing exceptional experience for both candidates and clients
- Loves to have fun!
