Overview:

To ensure all Business Services functions that are currently provided today to the Group will be provided in the same way for divested branches under a Transitional Service Agreement. This will encompass all services provided by Imaging Services, Document Composition and Print & Mail.

Core duties of the role:

  • Programme Change Control Manager will co-ordinate the scale of change faced by Business Services, both at a programme level and more specifically for each project. They will report to the Programme Manager, and cover all change requirements and tracking for the programme.
  • Develop a clear end to end process for receiving, assessing & documenting impacts, submitting and communicating outcomes of all change requests consistently.
  • Collate, track and manage progress of all internally and externally generated change requests
  • Ensure all impacts to the programme are identified and clearly documented against time, cost and resources
  • Represent Business Services interests within the programme and keep all stakeholders informed
  • Represent the project within Business Services change forums
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels across the programme

Core skills and experience required:

  • Thorough knowledge and proven experience of Change Control Management within the project life cycle
  • Knowledge of Document Composition, scanning/imaging processes and systems
  • Effective Stakeholder Management at all levels within the organisation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working well alone or with a team, at all levels of the organisation
  • Having good interpersonal abilities
  • Being able to prioritise changes
  • Being organised

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience in integration, divestment, document rebranding, print, and scanning/imaging
