Our client is currently looking for a Campaign Manager to work in London. This will be supporting the Propostions Manager.Overall job purpose
Support the development of market-leading consumer propositions that meet the needs of targeted customer segments.
To support the delivery of required change through the Service
Key accountabilities
Support the development of comprehensive propositions and product responses, and communicating these with key internal and external stakeholders to promote understanding and effective delivery of any changes.
Driving the content production process through to publication
Development of all written briefs required to deliver content required for the propositions
Support the development of comprehensive propositions and product responses, and communicating these with key internal and external stakeholders to promote understanding and effective delivery of any changes.
Preparing evidence- based business cases to support each proposition or policy change demonstrating the ROI and impact of each proposition.
Pro-actively seeking advice and input from others in the organisation to help drive the business case, including customer delivery project managers, communication team members, finance team members, and channel owners.
Supporting the launching new or changed propositions ensuring the products meet the original intention.
Undertaking a supporting role within a multi-functional team that spans across business units to deliver to agreed propositions.
Essential requirements
Strong written communication skills.
Ability to facilitate complex meetings and confidently work with internal and external colleagues and stakeholders to generate and develop innovative ideas.
A good understanding of customer insight, market dynamics, product development, marketing and service delivery
Experience working in a Matrix-type environment and leading or contributing to multi-functional project teams.
