My Banking client based in Edinburgh requires a Business Analyst who has excellent experience that has worked on major change programmes in the financial services.
Experience required is as follows:
* Experience of working with customer change teams and preferably external suppliers.
* Business analysis skills, with proven ability to define and understand requirements.
* Ability to drive and support the resolution of issues - pre and post implementation- with experience of making and implementing recommendations to produce good customer outcomes.
* Good stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
* Any experience of previous large scale Transformation programmes would be a advantageous
