Our client, a Global IT Service Integrator, is looking for a Project Scheduler/Co-ordinator to work on client site (Banking) working on a 220k user desktop deployment.

The candidate will be responsible for administering Programme Deployment schedules utilising Programme tools including MS Office 2010, Web-tools, multiple Outlook mailboxes, etc. They will be required to communicate with all levels of stakeholders including business users and internal Programme Teams. The role also involves the management of scheduling and communication mailboxes using pre-defined templates/comms, and dealing with escalations pertaining to these.

The successful Scheduling Co-ordinator will have proven experience in the following:

* Co-ordinating Desktop Scheduling, issuing schedule updates and sending pre-agreed communications.
* Excellent communication, required for engaging with multiple work streams within the Programme.
* Efficient and well-organised.
* Previous experience of scheduling within a desktop rollout project.
* Proficiency with MS Office.
* Highly proficient at using MS Outlook and Excel.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* High attention to detail.
* Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.

It would also be beneficial for the successful candidate to have:

* Previous Banking experience.
* Proficiency with Office 2010.
* Experience of SharePoint.
