Job DescriptionFunctional Disciplines: Consultant to be 70% Functional and 30% Technical
Strong background in Manufacturing Systems (ie Oracle, SAP, QAD, MAPICS, Visual, etc.)
Experience assessing enterprise application integration requirements resulting from bidirectional migrations
Possesses understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design
Understands how Legacy and web-based systems interface with each other
Reviews, analyzes, and creates detailed documentation of business systems and user needs, including workflow, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs
Must have general knowledge of various EDI technologies, transaction mapping, standardized transaction types
Ability to analyze "As Is" functionality and formulate efficient "To Be" solutions
Quickly understands business issues and data challenges associated with a multi-system environment
Able to perform independently in a production support environment
Qualifications4-6 years overall business analyst experience; 3-5 years techno-functional experience with Oracle Manufacturing/Supply Chain Planning
Must have a foundational understanding of ERP applications, data, and table structures
General knowledge Oracle's EDI Gateway and Release Management application solutions preferred
Proficiency with SQL, PL/SQL, MSCA, Oracle Workflow 2.5, Oracle Forms 6i (or higher) and Oracle Reports 6i (or higher) a plus
Must be available immediately and willing to relocate to Grafton, WI for a minimum of 5-8 months
Resource must arrive with company-issued lap-top equipment
Immediate availability, no visa restrictions, start date as soon as vetting is complete
