Are you an experienced Production Manager within Engineering, ideally aerospace or a repetitive engineering environment?
Due to immediate demand a position has arisen on a 3-6 Month contract for an experienced Production Manager in a leading Aerospace company. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to lead a team and help drive cultural change within a well-respected lean environment
To be considered for the role you will need to have the following skills and experience
*Experience and knowledge in implementing lean techniques into a manufacturing environment such as six sigma, kaizen, 5s
*Strong leadership skills and personality
*A technical qualification in engineering, ideally to degree level.
*A proven history and background in engineering
*Strong people management skills and proven history within a manufacturing environment.
The following skills and experience would be an advantage but not essential
*Experience in the Aerospace or Automotive industry
