- Strong background as IT Business analyst, systems analyst or related consultancy role
- Strong user requirement analysis and technical skills
- Ability to learn new technical concepts
- Experience working in project environment
- Project experience on a regional/global scale
- Proven skills in relationship building, customer focus and problem solving
- Excellent communication skills in English
