Description
On behalf of our high profile telecoms client, I am looking for a skilled software developer to work a long term contract in Lund, Sweden.
The assignment requires mainly work with technical investigation on a system level and software troubleshooting to ensure that the software is of the highest quality and performance.
As a member of the team you will be involved in the product development cycle from startup of early prototypes until the last software release. The scope of your work is the overall software, from low level software to higher level user interface and you will analyze software behaviour, locate problem areas and recommend solutions and improvements.
You may also be involved in developing new and existing processes and tools to improve software debugging efficiency.
Competence required:
- Master large C, C++ and Java systems and systemic interaction in a Linux/Unix environment.
- Deep experience in debugging third party code and making software work.
- Ability to solve complex software problems
- A good understanding of low-level software, assembly programming and operating system Kernel concepts.
