Our client is looking for an experienced Change Manager to assist them with the roll out of their Oracle system.
Working alongside the Project Manager you will be responsible for managing change to the business processes, systems and technology, job roles and the organisational structure.
Your ability to demonstrate previous successful change initiatives in ERP projects (specifically Oracle) will be highly regarded for this role.
Strong communication skills coupled with an ability to work under pressure are a must.
