Masterdata coordination/Masterdata cleansing

Contract Period: ASAP and for 4 months (with option to extend for 2 months. 2 times).

Assignment Description:

• My Client is looking for IT related project; it is also the client`s highest priority project. It will deliver simplified, standard, cost-effective processes to the client`s business functions. The project will increase efficiencies and enable business value realisation throughout our company in support of our change Agenda, "fit for the future". These improved processes will be supported by an ERP solution, configured specifically for the client`s needs. Connect is working on a challenging timeline planning to deliver its solutions to the client before the beginning of 2014.
• My Client is currently undertaking a significant task to prepare the Masterdata setup for the Oracle JDE ERP system. Most critical Masterdata objects are customers, suppliers, employees, items, tank and meters, assets and finance. We are at the same time preparing an approach to instigate Masterdata cleansing prior to implementing the new ERP system. The role we are looking for will support our Masterdata team in the areas of:
• Setup and coordinate Masterdata cleansing approach, planning and reporting. Follow-up that cleansing actually is taking place.
• Coordinate Masterdata documentation and ensuring the process of aligning all relevant Masterdata cross our different teams (including the BI team)
• Helping our Masterdata team in every area where they see a need (just adding capacity)

Competence requirement:

• Have PMO experience (being able to enable coordination and structure of a large number of parallel tasks and Masterdata cleansing operations)
• Some knowledge to Masterdata structures and methodologies; eg. some knowledge to Oracles AIM and OUM Architecture Framework would be an advantage (ie the notion of an information architecture), as a simplified version is being used by the project)

Location: Oslo, Some travel might be needed as we approach implementation in the different countries.
