Required Skills & Experience
- 5-8+ years test experience
- Experience in testing web based applications.
- Experience in the financial services, in particular insurance sector.
- Knowledge and experience of tools for management of and execution of testing, in particular (but not limited to) JIRA.
- Experience in system testing, integration testing and UAT.
- Understanding of current test tools and technologies and their application.
- Demonstrated application of testing good industry practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing detailed test plans, status tracking and reporting and production of high quality deliverables for clients
- Co-ordination of test team roles and responsibilities
- Understanding and anticipating client requirements and development of client relationships
- Experience in the development, implementation and adherence to good industry practices/testing standards
- Certified in software testing qualifications, eg, ISEB/ISTQB
- In depth software quality assurance experience including proven management or supervisory experience.
- The ability to work to agreed deadlines, and experience of managing and motivating people to complete tasks.
