The Assignment.
Our client is a retail bank undertaking a significant programme within digital banking, which will focus on channel enhancements to support the bank's online proposition. The business requires a Customer Experience Project Manager with channel expertise to act as a link between teams and deliver strategic projects managing customer impacts of change. The Project Manager will drive understanding of the impacts of change from channel transformation projects and produce customer impacts/journey deliverables. Development of commercial plans to drive usage and revenues from online services will be an important element of the role.

The Candidate. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Project Manager with eCommerce and customer journey expertise. You will have current marketplace knowledge and experience in developing online solutions. Success in working with key stakeholders within a project environment will be necessary, as will experience of delivering business growth through marketing and communication initiatives. You will have excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills. Experience of marketing and/or product management and development of business growth plans, targeting and benefit tracking are required.
