* ERP Project Director - Seoul, Korea.
On behalf of our prestigious customers, a world-renowned manufacturing company well implemented in Asia, we are currently looking for an experience ERP Deployment Director to be based in Seoul, Korea.
Our customer is renovating their core business system applications, including main ERP (purchase, stock, wholesale) and POS system.
The project plan is to deploy an ERP for the retail and manufacturing functions. It will have to be coordinated with SAP (FI/CO) deployment.
The ERP Project Director will be responsible for the project management of different phases, deliverables, risks management, communication & change management, methodology.
For this assignment, you will need the following skills :
*Senior Consultant in Project Management:
Strong PM methodology and experiences
ERP deployment experiences
*Project Management, including but not limited to:
Coordinate and strict monitoring of project phases (specifications, development follow up, mock up & UAT, Key Users training, roll out)
Coordinate the efforts of the different Project Managers (Business, Local IS, Regional IS, Corporate IS)
Priorities sorting, based on ERP deployment experience, for easier decision making
Anticipate risks, workload, issues on main phases, based on ERP project experience
Validate the different deliverables
Planning management
Resources and budget management
Steering committees preparation and animation
Practices and tools to insure involvement, adoption and coordination of Key Users and Business Manager
Change Management and communication
10-15 years experience in IS project management, including ERP deployment
International project experience
English fluent
Experience with POS system rollout and SAP would be a great plus
This is a 12 months assignment to be started around Mid-May (end of June at the very latest).
Although we would favour local candidates for this role, we could also consider a Chinese or Japanese candidate based in one of these cities : Shangai, Beijing, Guangdong, Hong-Kong or Tokyo, with regular travel to Korea. The project language is English
