Description
A Reward Manager is now required by my leading financial services client on an initial 4 month contract based in Edinburgh.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and recommendations to the aligned businesses on all reward issues
- Proactively support business performance through design and implementation of effective reward solutions
- Champion the reward strategy whilst balancing business and Group agendas
- Contribute towards the development of reward strategy
- Develop and deliver training as needed
Experience required:
- Expert user of all MS Office programs especially presentation and analysis tools
- Experience and knowledge in business acquisitions and disposals
- Demonstrate relationship and project management experience in a multi function environment which must include specific reward experience
- Financial Services experience (banking/insurance)
