Reward Manager - Edinburgh - Contract - £p/d
RZ Group's highly reputable financial services client has a requirement for a Reward Manager to join a major Divestment Programme on an initial contract of 4 months. This role will support a business division and ensure that the reward needs of the nominated businesses are identified, scoped and delivered in support of key reward policies, Business and HR objectives/strategies whilst ensuring regulatory compliance.
This role will be based in Edinburgh. The scope of the role is as follows:
oProvide advice and recommendations to the aligned businesses on all reward issues
oProactively support/drive business performance through design and implementation of effective reward solutions and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of interventions
oChampion the reward strategy whilst balancing business and Group agendas
oConsult and collaborate with HR management teams, the business and other Reward colleagues to ensure conformance with company policies and industry regulations
oGet involved with business reorganisations, organisational design, job evaluations and role sizing.
oDevelop implementation plans for delivering
oContribute towards the development of reward strategy in specific areas of expertise
oAdopt and share best practice and innovation within the broader team
*Develop and deliver speciality training as needed
*Demonstrate relationship and project management experience in a multi function/business environment, must include specific reward experience
*Interpret complex data, drawing out key issues and themes and present effectively to a variety of audiences.
*Experience of working within boundaries imposed by policies, practices and governance requirements
*Strong results orientation and the ability to execute
*Experience and knowledge in business acquisitions and disposals
*Significant expertise in one or more areas of reward
*Expert user of all Microsoft Office programs, especially presentation and analysis tools
*Supporting divestment activities
