Description
A well known finance company URGENTLY seeking a Middle Office Senior Business Analyst. You will ideally have CRM experience and be able to work with both the business and IT. You will lead the company in promoting, implementing project plans, establishing stakeholder groups, and running workshops. This is a 12 month fixed term contract role in the city.
Responsibilities:
- Establish stakeholder groups and their requirements
- Facilitate formal requirements gathering workshops attended by stakeholder groups
- Secure requirement sign off from stakeholders
- Facilitate stakeholders to achieve their business strategies through the CRM
- Liaise continuously with business stakeholder, IT developers and Quality analysts
- Assist Project Manager in the preparation of Implementation and post-implementation project plans
Essential Criteria:
- Strong relevant business analysis experience
- Advanced Middle Office and CRM administration skills (workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, field updates)
- Good Financial Services background
- Self-motivated, with ability to drive out tasks with broad supervision
- Good understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) and project management principle
- Ability to work enthusiastically in a fast paced team environment
- High level PC skills and expertise in MS Office applications (Word, Excel), Visio & Project
