A Major Global Investment Bank is looking for a Regulatory Risk & Compliance Business Analyst. The Regulatory Risk & Compliance Business Analyst will join a high-profile business function tasked with making numerous business improvements across a new Reg Risk and Compliance Function over the next 18 months to 2years. The Business Analyst will work closely with a Project Manager to take complete ownership and delivery ( from Business Case to Implementation) for a work stream covering areas such as Transactional Conflicts, Personal Account Dealing ( PA Dealing) and Gifts and Entertainment ( G&E). Candidates MUST demonstrate significant E2E project delivery experience and MUST have been been heavily involved with a Project at Inception ( Business Case) phase
Candidates MUST be able to demonstrate significant Policy, Process and ownership experience.
Key Responsibilities
*Strategically Identify Policies/Procedures/Processes that need improving/implementing across the workstream
*Take ownership of building and design Globally agreed Standards and Controls
*Manage a successful GAP analysis phase.
*Work with a Project Manager to prepare and create Funding case for Business Case.
Required Experience
*Experience in Risk Management, a Regulatory or Compliance function is highly desirable ( Candidates will at least need to need to understand the complexities of an Investment Bank Compliance function, including Conflicts, PA Dealing and G&E)
*Extremely strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
*MUST have extensive E2E Project Management experience
*Must be able to clearly identify where they have previously been involved ( from Business Case ) an entire project delivery.
Candidates MUST be able to demonstrate significant Policy, Process and ownership experience.
