Description
We are currently searching for Project Manager to work on our client site in Detroit, Michigan.
Required experience
- At least 10 years work experience
- At least 5 years experience as project manager
- Excellent MS Project Skills
- Ability to create and manage to complex work plans with milestones, deliverables, and status tied to releases
- Ability to manage projects across technical and business functional areas
- Ability to identify and escalate issues appropriately
- Ability to create dashboard, status and detailed reporting
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent follow through
- Strong problem and issue solving skills
- Ability to create and analyze process flows
- At least 2 years of business experience in health care
- Excellent Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and Visio skills
- Self started and can do attitude
- Strong team player
Additional preferred experience or skill set
- 5+ Years in a Project Management Organization
- 2 Years health care insurance industry experience in business functional or operational areas
- 2 years experience analysing business processes
- 3 Years health care experience
