Senior Network Security Designer/Architect
- $1000 per day
- Immediate start
- 6 month contract, extension likely
This Systems Integrator needs a Senior Security Designer/Architect to work with both design and implementation teams to ensure the build is carried out securely.
This person will be required to carry out the following responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise advising of security considerations during design of new solutions or changes to existing solutions.
- Architecture and design of network security solutions.
- Perform and manage complex Security Risk and Vulnerability Assessments
- Participate in the deployment of Security Services.
This being so, it is essential you have been immersed in network Security for a number of years and are across the following technologies:
- Network
- Internet & Email
- Operating Systems
- Firewalls, VPNs and IDS
- Cryptography
- Ecommerce
It is particularly essential that you have experience of managing network and security solutions in a large enterprise environment.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a telco before and have experience of security threats in, and architectures of, satellite communications systems & technologies.
