An exciting opportunity has arisen for a leading pharmaceutical company. My client is looking for a CRM lead to be responsible for the rollout of Oracle CRM on Demand across the EMEA region (primarily Western and Northern Europe).
The role will involve occasionally travelling to these countries, talking with Key Users, collecting and solving their issues related to CRM project, agrees on timelines and support data providers. A high quality of communication skills is essential.
The successful candidate should have soft skills like presentation, communication and negotiation, coupled with a strong set of technical skills including deep knowledge of CRM applications and typical sales processes in Pharmaceutical business. You will manage issue resolution and communicates project issues to the project team, executives and others as required. He/she will creates risk mitigation plans as required to ensure minimal project impact.
Requirements:
Deep expertise in CRM applications mandatory- ideally Oracle CRM on Demand or Salesforce.com.
Extensive experience implementing Oracle CRM On Demand/Sales Force Automation applications, with some experience leading projects or teams
Knowledge of business processes in pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable
Knowledge of Cloud Computing (SaaS) is a plus.
Project experience in Transact-SQL or PL/SQL (or any other SQL) is required, as well as ETL processes, you will need to have hands-on knowledge of ETL/data manipulation activities.
Experience of working in global projects in multinational, multicultural environments and teams spread over the world, is required. English language is a must and Russian, French, German or Italian would be an advantage but not essential
