My client in South East US is looking for a SAP CRM specialist for a 9 month assignment starting ideally at the beginning of June. Here are the details
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in CRM.
- At least 4 implementations of SAP CRM where;
- o one upgrade in either CRM 2007 or version 7 either as Team Leader or Configuration consultant.
- o one end to end implementation in V5, 2007 or version 7 where role was that of CRM configuration consultant within CRM interaction center.
- Configuration of Help Desk stream preferable within
- o Local government (preferred)
- o Helpdesk including IT.
- SAP Certification would be advantageous.
- Upgrade knowledge of CRM Enhancement Pack 1 and 2 would be advantageous
- Microsoft Office Products - Word, Excel and Visio
- Telephony Integration Configuration/Knowledge would be beneficial
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the objectives and deliverables of the Configuration Stream.
Tasks:
- Assisting Stream Leader in the Blueprinting sessions in accordance with the BPML and documenting accordingly.
- Configuration of the SAP CRM system to align with the To-BE processes as defined in the BPML.
- Liaise with Security resource in defining the Business and PFCG role to consider the business requirements around the stream.
- Definition of final processes, calculation and parameterization of the associated Business Processes.
- Performance of feasibility studies/solution reviews.
- Ensure all Configuration Documentation is aligned with G.C. Standards and updated in a timely manner as requested by the project manager within Solution Manager.
- Understands and ensures that quality standards are met when documenting process flows and suggest improvements where appropriate during the Blueprinting and Realization phases.
- Optimal resource allocation to consider time and budget.
- Experience with SAP CRM analysis, design, and documentation (Functional and Technical Specifications) skills.
- Recording Configuration and Process Steps via RWD.
- Assist in the various testing phases including Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing
- Able to present thoughts, process and ideas verbally and through documentation within Solution manager.
- Communicate with the development team in converting business requirements into RICEFW's
Hands-on Experience Required:
- Understanding at the Configuration level of Help Desk Master and Transaction Data including
- o Organizational Model
- o Product Master (used within service as a vehicle for escalations)
- o Business Partner - Master Data/Search optimization/Data Exchange with ECC
- o Service Requests and Confirmations
- o Activity Management
- Web Gui configuration based on Help Desk centric Business Roles
- Action and Date Profiles linked to transaction types
- Knowledge Articles configuration experience would be advantageous
- Reporting including saved searches, transaction analyser and liaising with Business Warehouse consultant in defining reporting needs.
- Detailed knowledge of configuring the IC Web Client including
- o Personalization
- o Roles management
- o Alerts Modeler
- o Transaction Launcher & Navigation Bar
- o Agent Inbox
- Communicating with Developers in the areas of
- Screen Enhancements
- BOL/GENIL
- Easy Enhancement Workbench
