Description
CRM Training Manager is currently required on a Contract basis for a London based tier 1 investment bank.
The successful candidate will be involved in creating training a training strategy and plans for a CRM system to be delivered across multiple locations. The role will also involve the production and preparation of specific course materials and procedures.
The successful candidate must have a background as a CRM Trainer within a global financial organisation. You will also have in depth knowledge of CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be a distinct advantage, as well as being able to deliver training directly to end users. Experience of working with off shore teams and producing training materials will also be required for this role.
