Solvency II Risk manager
We currently have the requirement for a senior Solvency II risk Manager to work on the Design and implementation of a Risk Framework.
We are looking for a solvency II risk Manager to Lead the formal gathering, documentation and implementation of the Society's Solvency II Pillar 2 end state. This will include
- Review of EIOPA Solvency II articles and consultation papers.
- Design and documentation of the Society's Solvency II "Systems of Governance and Risk Management End State".
- Identifying the GAP between the "as is" model and the Solvency II "to be ' model.
- Lead the implementation of the Solvency II Risk Management tasks.
- Provide Risk Management Subject Matter Knowledge (SME) to the Solvency II Programme
We are looking for a risk manager who meets the following criteria and is wanting to work on an exciting new opportunity to create and lead the implementation of a framework.
Skills/Experience:
- Ability to adapt a risk management framework to the nature and scale of the operation.
- Experience of implementing the Risk Management frameworks.
- Experience of writing company risk policies.
- Experience of large scale change programmes.
- Experience of holding a key role within a large scale change programme.
- Engagement with key business stakeholders.
- Experience of working within a Solvency II programme.
- Experience of interacting with Board level management.
- Experience of leading change via proven methodologies.
