Location: Brussels (Belgium)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Solvency II Calculation Engines Platform Analyst to be based in Brussels, Belgium on a 6 month contract with multiple extensions to follow. The position will entail working within an IT project team under the supervision of the project leader. He or she will be working on the Solvency II program aiming to implement the Solvency II program within the company.
Key Skills:
The Solvency II Analyst will possess the following skills:
- Fluent in written and spoken French, Dutch and English.
- Pragmatic and solution oriented.
- Quick learner, pro-active, flexible with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in Risk/Solvency calculations.
- Algo Modeller/Remetrica set-up and basic usage.
- Experience in functional analysis & business user requirements description.
- Graphic User Interface expertise (GUI)
Responsibilities:
The Solvency II Analyst will be responsible for the following:
- Follow-up Preparing and holding user requirements sessions with end users.
- Describing user requirements and getting business commitments.
- Functional design of the solutions components (GUI Business Logic)
- Functional support for the implementation team.
- Testing of the solution.
