My client is seeking a creative and pro-active Communication Officer to develop and implement their internal and external integrated marketing and communication activities.

This role provides support to the Marketing Communications Manager and other Communications Officers in delivering all marketing and communications, including website management, social media, and fundraising communications.

Key Responsibilities include ...
The development & execution of online & offline recruitment campaigns for Early Years Centres (EYC) and Kindergarten care services though print, online, radio.
Liaising with QLD staff and media team to identify opportunities
Monitor newspapers, radio & TV to identify and media opportunities.
Events - Assist with events within the EYC hubs
Develop marketing collateral
Day-today website management

The successful candidate will have ...
Minimum 3 years experience in preparing communication materials, developing and implementing marketing plans and services.
Demonstrated experience in writing for different audiences and diverse publications (print and online).
Experience of planning, implementing and measuring new media/online/digital communication plans & campaigns.
Good organisational skills and demonstrated project management experience.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to grasp complex concepts quickly .
Experience in website/Intranet management and social media tools.
Experience working in a government or not-for-profit organisation.
A valid Australian Driving License
