A major global Bank is looking for a Risks Analytics Manager for a major Retail Banking transformation programme. The function is going through aggressive growth and all candidate must be comfortable working on a complex dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Work within 'Customer Analytics & Decisioning' function to set up the processes to develop, monitor and run Credit Scorecards in the bank.
Using SAS as the predominant tool, take a "hands on" approach to Customer and Credit analytics within the Bank.
Provide on-going evaluation and implementation of scoring models and new data sources.
Provide coaching and mentoring of a team of Analysts across all wider business functions in relevant statistical techniques.
Required Experience

Credit model build and monitoring
BIPRU/IRB
Previous development/Implementation of Scorecards is a MUST HAVE
This role is based in Gloucester - candidates must be prepared to base themselves/travel to Gloucester 5 days a week.
