Project Manager required to over-see migration project due to a acquistion. Migration to managed service with an Amdocs CRM/Billing platform and Oracle eBS for SCM & Financials. Focus here is on the CRM/Billing project mainly. SWEDISH SPEAKING is a MUST.
Project governance:
- Local Sweden team (sales, service, operations, finance).
- Global IT team - multi-locations, business solutions analyst, development and integration teams, operation teams
- Corporate subject managers experts
Business process expertise:
- CRM - helpdesk, deployments, sales and marketing
- Billing - sales and recurring billing
- Finance integration - revenue recognition, US GAAP
- Experience in service providing companies such as telecommunications, cable etc.
Technical expertise:
- CRM/Billing/ERP knowledge
- Technical design documents
General:
- On-site in Sweden Stockholm
- High level Swedish and English
