Description
Our client, specialized in the FMCG sector and based in Brussels, is currently looking for a temporary recruitment consultant for helping with the recruitment from A-Z.
He needs someone for a few days or 5 days per week working with line managers.
Mission:
1) Recruitment of IT and Finance new resources
2) Follow up on headcount process - outstanding vacancies, define priorities.
3) Intake with line managers regarding job profiles, publish vacancies on job sites....
4) Use several channels for recruiting: consultancy/interim agencies, fixed employment contract, others database,...
5) Conduct interviews and assist line managers with selection and recruitment
