Harvey Nash Ireland is urgently looking for a recruiting coordinator to be based on a client site/high profile multinational.
Location: Dublin City Centre
Basic salary: 25-35k + excellent benefits package
Term: 1 year contract initially
Industry: online/technology/new media
Fast-paced, challenging role which requires quick decision making, high level of cognitive ability, and ability to interact with varying levels and functions in the organization.
Job Description:
Assisting hiring managers with the Sourcing + Recruitment Process
Reporting, scheduling, coordinating and ad-hoc project related tasks
The ideal candidate:
You are extremely proactive, efficient, and responsible. You are a quick learner who can work independently as well as part of a team. You apply sound judgement when to escalate issues. Finally, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adjust to changes. You identify improvements for processes, policies and automation. You worked with databases, systems and online tools.
Requirements
Ba/BSc
Advanced MS Excel and Word skills coupled with exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to quickly learn new tools.
Ability to balance cyclical daily, weekly and monthly demands with project work. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with high volume and complex demands.
