Unix AIX System Engineer
A global banking organisation based in Brussels are searching for a Unix AIX system engineer to join a team responsible for architecture, infrastructure and operation of AIX, Solaris and Red Hat Linux platforms. The Unix AIX System Engineer will be responsible for the general Unix AIX platform and provide support on the Unix AIX domain (2nd/3rd line support). As the Unix AIX System Engineer you will monitor the systems and assure the implementation of changes on the Unix AIX platform with as little service impact as possible: LCM hardware and OS upgrades, Security patch implementation, Implement change requests etc.
We are looking for a Unix AIX System Engineer with 3 years experience on UNIX AIX platforms and proven experience with PowerHA and Kerberos. As the Unix AIX System Engineer you will also have worked with LDAP databases and have experience with Shell Scripting. It desired for the Unix AIX System Engineer to have working knowledge of Linux (Red Hat), NFS, SUDO and Perl Scripting.
Essential Skills:
- 3+ years working as a Unix AIX System Engineer
- Experience with PowerHA
- Experience with Kerberos
- Experience with LDAP Databases
- Experience with Shell Scripting
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Linux, Red Hat Linux
- Experience with NFS
- Experience with SUDO
