Job Title: Integrations Software Engineer
Location: Brussels (Belgium)
Objectives:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Integrations Software Engineer to be based in Brussels, Belgium on a 12 month contract with multiple extensions to follow. The position will entail taking working with different groups and stakeholders in the Imaging Informatics Business Unit in order to specify and develop advanced integrations of various applications onto an IMPAX platform. These advanced integrations enhance the clinical depth and improve the workflow of PACS solutions. The software engineer will share and communicate ideas and implementations in a team using an agile methodology with a specific focus on the following: usability, stability, and performance. The software engineer will have input into the realisation of the company's roadmap with the delivery of challenging and innovative projects.
Key Skills:
The Integrations Software Engineer will possess the following skills and experience:
- Fluent in written and spoken English is a must and "French or Dutch".
- MS in computer science or equivalent by experience.
- Experience in .NET and Java development.
- Good SW engineering skills.
- Excellent understanding of technical concepts.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Team player and excellent communications skills.
Desired Skills:
The Integrations Software Engineer will preferably possess the following additional skills:
- Master's Degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- The knowledge of any additional languages will be a plus as the project team comes from different cultural backgrounds.
