Description
Our client is a hugely popular computer components company seeking a STE to help ensure that a set of their cloud services and mobile applications work as defined. The Engineer will need to understand the product requirements, create appropriate test cases, develop test harnesses/automation where applicable and execute. Areas of focus for testing will include test app development and automation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years software engineering experience
- 2+ years in software test development and execution
- 2+ years experience in programming/Scripting languages like C++/C#, Python, Perl, JavaScript, HTML etc.
- At least 2 years experience in Linux/Unix platforms
- Experience in test automation, validation of web/cloud services, security testing, and/or test planning a plus
