Description
*High-level Support Analyst Required by the World's Leading Software Corporation*
For this contract position, you will provide analytical and financial support for our client's rich media advertising business. You will work directly with third-party technology providers to review and reconcile reporting and billing, facilitate budget reporting process to manage COGS, and drive actionable data insights into the business.
OVERVIEW:
- Manage $40MM combined Fiscal Budget for 20+ Rich Media vendors
- Manage new vendor onboarding process
- Manage relationship with Mobile RM vendors, communicate with Mobile team and issue resolution
- Manage the data feed and communication with Finance
- Review vendor invoices, monthly delivery reports and forecasts
- Facilitate billing inquiries
- Determine next fiscal year's budget based on current spend and meet with management to review and lock
- Initiative, execute and maintain internal PO process for 20+ vendors
- Drive monthly meetings with vendors to align on billing, reporting and forecasting
- Product monthly scorecard for each vendor and communicate spend to each region
- Maintain all country/region reporting data on SharePoint to be accessed by field employees
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years related work experience
- Strong financial skills required
- Online advertising in general and rich media experience specifically preferred
- Partner/relationship management skills and experience
- Strong understanding of software products and networking
- Strong problem resolution, decision making and analytical skills
- Good leadership skills along with project management and customer service skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
This contract position is expected to be 3 months in duration with possibility of extension.
