URGENT requirement for a Web-based Service Manager with strong Agile experience based in Brighton. 3 month contract with extensions to follow.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review the Infrastructure Estate (websites and bespoke systems)
Analyse and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses
Advise how to improve the services
Liaise with stakeholders
SKILLS:
Conducting review of current in-house services
Service Management background in support
Exposure to Web Development
Excellent communicator
